Cincy Soccer League teams compete with regular-season games that matter in a round robin tournament. Each team plays one another at least once over the course of the season.
Teams are awarded points in the standings based on their performance in the games: 3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, and 0 points for a loss.
At the end of the season, the top seven teams participate in the Second Place Bar League Championship Playoff to win the Cincy Soccer League Trophy. Winners of the Championship go on to compete in the Annual Champion's Cup in August.
